Pros

Dogs are allowed in the office. The kitchen is fully stocked. Many employees have hybrid schedules. The people are friendly. Excellent pet benefits.

Cons

Lots of unnecessary reporting. Communication methods are always in flux, employees are always on edge, most are overworked and undervalued. Employee healthcare benefits are extremely expensive. Very top heavy organization where the leaders seem to be disconnected from what’s happening in the field.

I have worked in the veterinary field for over 25 years. This is the first place where I feel like management cares about me.

Cons

While this is a start up company that still has a lot of growth necessary, they are growing in the right direction!
