      Pros

      Great company that cares about its staff and their wellbeing. We get time set aside daily to be able to catch up on things such as call backs, diagnostic work ups, cases, etc. Lunch time is also a priority.

      Cons

      Sometimes the days get really busy and borderline crazy, which is also typical for the field especially since the pandemic. With the busier days can be difficult to keep up on writing charts.

      Fantastic company to work for the actually cares about the well being of its employees. When they are understaffed, they actively try to hire to ensure that the burden isn't permanent.

      Cons

      Can be very busy and occasionally understaffed.
