There are a lot many. I will list down so that beginners & seasoned professionals can take a cue while considering to join Bonfiglioli India
a) Very poor work-life balance
b) The entire India region is managed by 3 top people who are extremely poor in managing the people
c) Unnecessary work pressure particularly in SCM function. My sincere advise is, if any people think of joining in SCM in Bonfiglioli India, pls drop the idea. You will be beaten to bear the brunt by a dictator rule. No self-respect can be earned. And whatever the self-respect you have earned will be lost in a matter of minutes.
d) For other functions except SCM, it is okayish sort to work of couple of years to gain some knowledge/exposure & then to move on.
e) Too much of fluctuations in planning which have a cascading effects on others particularly on SCM
f) All the meeting ends in quarrel without any fruitful discussions
g) High level politics without any individual or team support (forget about your superior's support/backing)
h) FIR culture - You have to raise an issue and pin-point some others so that they will be shot down whereas you will be hailed as a hero.
i) No proper working methodology is being followed. Every time, the format of reports, the requirements from HODs changes. It means that you will be working only for the change without any time for your other day-to-day activities.
j) There may be something for learning but it is NOT a sustained learning development.
k) Attrition rate if computed will the highest in India (may be in world too). You can understand the level of frustration people have.
