Cons
- Managers can be a nightmare here. They force you to stay and work after office hours by giving irrelevant work in the last minute, and they don't provide you transport even if it gets late by 10 pm. (Note: Company located in a remote area) - The planning department/SCM managers are known for mental harassment and humiliating their sub-ordinates and freshers for no specific reason. - Too much of politics played between the managers and the sub-ordinate levels. - Most unorganized company due to lack of manpower and due to this, employees are made to work forcefully after office hours and are pressurized for the company's fault of not being organized. - Micro-monitoring of employees and the time taken for lunch breaks. - The HR management doesn't give a damn about their employees and they only know to brag about their managers for no reason.
