Pros

I've really enjoyed my experience with Bonterra! - My team is supportive and communicative, even leadership, which isn't something I have found with previous companies. - Leadership is open to process improvement ideas from team and willing to invest in tools the team needs to succeed. - Leadership has made it clear they're interested in my personal career goals and very invested in helping me achieve them. - Company values and mission align with my personal values and morals - We are encouraged to balance work and personal life/mental health - Good benefits and growing company

Cons

- Our team currently has a heavy work load with not enough people to support it, however, leadership has been very understanding of everyone's bandwidth and is working on getting us more support

Work Culture, Great job for parents with flexible schedules, Flex PTO, AMAZING insurance, uncapped commission

Cons

Salary is not as high as competitors, rotating leadership

Toxic Environment

Pros

Unlimited vacation, remote working is allowed

Cons

Poor leadership, team members routinely yelled at publicly, middle management acknowledges toxic culture but is too scared to speak up. Absolutely no work life balance, team members regularly take work calls on weekends and holidays. Lack of diversity and representation on all levels, but especially in leadership. Would give 0 stars if possible.
