Pros
Love working at Boomi, having worked at both very large companies (100k employees) and very small start-ups, Boomi sits right in the middle and I am able to leverage the best of both worlds - Learning, creating and having your voice matter and an impact with a ton of visibility to senior leadership, while also adding value and being able to work on things you love! Our company is growing rapidly and it's a really exciting time to join.
Cons
Since Covid we've been remote so not being able to see your team has been challenging, but fortunately Boomi values culture and good humans so much that we are able to create that same feeling via ERGs and team meetings.
