For 12 years Boomi used to be the best place to work at. Each team used to be independent pushing the company to achieve a common goal.

Cons

After VC acquisition new management became top down "do this or else". Key people left or got fired and ELT direction seems to be rudderless.

- The people are amazing - The executive team is strong and cares - The newly announced CEO brings promising hope that this year will be one of continued, but manageable growth - Great benefits - Lots of opportunity to dig into areas outside of your role

Cons

- We went through a year of hell with massive change - The resource teams are still working on improving processes as a newly independent company from Dell Tech: HR, IT, Finance, Procurement - Culture has suffered whiplash over the past year with multiple CEO and executive changes, layoffs, infrastructure changes, etc. Constant knee-jerk change has caused many to leave and/or become disenchanted with the company, souring moods and the way in which people relate to each other.
