- Kind and talented peers - Great middle managers

Cons

The worst leadership team I've seen in my whole career in terms of communication and EQ. Layoffs happen unfortunately, but there are good and bad ways to handle it. employees have been laid off at boomi without warning twice already and who knows when the next one will be. After both layoffs have happened, there has been almost no communication from leadership acknowledging what had happened and taking ownership for getting us to this point.

Boomi has great employees and I met so many great teammates during my time there which was short lived due to mis management of the company which led to two rounds of layoffs.

Cons

Not great leadership, processes are not defined, they overpay with no defined roles and overall was the worst company I have worked for.

Moving to IPO - good opportunity if you can land on a functioning team

Cons

No vision, poor leadership, growing like crazy, but not caring about building a strong foundation. People in leadership positions don't seem to be qualified for those positions.
