      Constant pay decrease and de-accelerated comp plans

      Great people to work with Cool product Nice office

      Cons

      Since I joined 2 years ago the comp plan has been going down (with DEaccelerated commissions) and the quota has been going up to unachievable numbers. Upper management only cares about numbers. Everyone is extremely demotivated now. Boomi has caused a downhill in most people’s mental health, specially in sales and solutions consulting. Even reversing our pay in our future cheques.

      Can't think of anything other than some benefits and remote work.

      Cons

      1. Shady and dishonest leadership 2. Broken product with shiny marketing 3. Awful culture 4. Zero role specific enablement 5. Politics over innovation 6. Continuous layoffs/trimming 7. Leaders are just middlemen and do not understand the values of People Leadership 8. Customers are only buying because of the discounts and get a sticker shock during renewal 9. No growth opportunities 10. Constant shifts in strategy and nothing sticks
