      Great front line people who are talented.

      Cons

      Boomi wins the award for worst management in tech. The PE ownership is focused only on profit, nothing else matters, and it trickles down to the antics of senior management. You name it - growth, customer value, and employee well- being amongst others, all out the window. There are 24/7 layoffs. People operate in a constant state of fear of losing their jobs because the threat is real. . . . All very sad.

      Boomi still has a small number of good people but most have already jumped ship or have been let go.

      Too many to list... all directly tied to horrible leadership. Extremely toxic environment.
