      work culture and environment is good, all colleague are very open to share any knowledge. Work life balance is there and flexible timings.

      Pay scale should be higher and leave policy should be improved.

      Work from home, vacation, people (2023 and before).

      Cons

      Too many to name. -Toxic culture -New Partner team is not strategic. This was a big change since last year. The new folks brought on have zero relationships and do not know how Boomi works. Huge fail on the partner end. - Confusing/always changing quota. - Horrible leadership as of 2023. - Constant changes. - No career progression, particularly for younger folks. - Apparently the Vancouver AEs can make under 100K CAN. That is disgusting as more AEs make 225-350K USD per year. - No diversity. - TOXIC
