Pros

I worked at Boomtown 13 years and I loved it. Especially the people I worked with.

Cons

There were good days and bad days, you just had to take the bad with the good. I was heart broken when M1 gaming laid me off in June 2012.

Pros

The people are all great, and it has a tight network among co-workers. They have great benefits including gas discounts and family nights at the fun center.

Cons

It is out of the way from most casinos in town, so it can feel like quite a trek into work sometimes.

Not the worst, not the best

Pros

The coworkers were great, everyone got along really well, and going to work was actually kind of fun because of the people.

Cons

The people really were the high point... the pay is some of the lowest in the industry, equipment is temperamental at best, and be prepared to be really warm in the summer and really cold in the winter.
