Pros

- The customers/ regulars are very nice and always a pleasure -There's a free soda fountain for employees if you remember a cup

Cons

-upper management is unreliable and flip flops on decisions -Sexual harassment and sexual comments from the CEO and other owners, played off as jokes -Lying to customers to get their money - cheapskates- they cut corners and rip merchants off -No special holiday benefits/bonuses- they gave us a $15 gift card to Target

Great people from the executives to the lowest level. A close knit group. Most employees ahve been there for 20-30 years.

Cons

Pay and benefits aren't very good.
