Pros

Fun work environment if you have the right team. You get to meet all kinds of interesting and unique customers, and you get to be creative in the way you dress.

Cons

Poor pay is the biggest issue. Unless you are a big wig district or regional manager, the pay isn't the best. The pay raises that you do get during your yearly review are minimal at best.

Pros

The clothing discount. Some of the people were great to work with.

Cons

Everything else. Low pay for management. Incentive structure wasn’t always clear. Hired high schoolers and then cut entire staff down to one day a week so turnover and employee morale was ridiculous. No training. My store manager left me to learn on my own after being hired a week prior. Wouldn’t come out of the office to help me.
