Pros

Generally a nice work environment.

Cons

Absolutely horrible upper management. They expect you to use your own time and resources to do things for them.

Pros

The customers and even the sales associate at my store were amazing. Discount is great too. Its a fun job if you are into this type of stuff!

Cons

Jealousy from employees like they are in high school. Pay is horrendous. The expectations as far as KPIs is crazy and very unrealistic. As far as management goes, there is a lot of lower management, aka, the assistant store manager, picking up the slack of the store manager. There is no consistency with the way the manager enforces rules and policies. If they liked you, you never had to worry about anything, if you found yourself on the outside with them, you were as good as fired
