Cons
Slashing employees with a short term goal of making the numbers look good this quarter. Times are tough for government contractors, but you'd think a company that says it treats employees fairly would consider more than billability at a moment in time. I was a BAH fan for many years but they are failing to live up to the standards they claim to have. A shame. I wouldn't suggest anyone go to work for BAH until they learn lessons from this recent face plant.
