Cons
Fraud. This company is constantly committing fraud against their customers and government. We were told by leadership many times to bill the customer for hours when we were not working on customer projects. Also, the leadership has the worse ethics of anyone I have seen. The leadership will not talk to you or your job supervisors before accusing you of violating an ethics issue even when you have not. But will gladly commit fraud by helping a person leave the company to claim financial hardship and then hire that person right back after the hardship is reported. Leadership will also do illegal operations outside of their legal authority. For example, we were told to work on equipment we were not authorized to work on but if we brought this up as a huge legal and ethics issue, we were told to not worry about it. If you report issues to ethics you are dismissed.
