      Don’t really care about their remote employees. Lack of any care progression. Do not listen to any concerns. Overall a very mentally abusive company to work for

      Do not recommend for BD work

      -Benefits are decent -Many coworkers were cool

      Cons

      -Do not recommend coming here for proposal or BD work for the following reasons: -Unsustainable is an under statement. Short staffed and do not hire more resources yet expect more and more BD and proposal work out of people -Does not entertain ideas for improvement -No bonuses below SA. No award bonuses. No industry standard bonuses or benefits from working on BD and proposals. No down time between deals. -Good ol boys club to the max -attitude problems for days and don’t trust anyone -they search for a scape goat to blame for problems -if you have a hybrid role, be prepared to go to the office everyday. This is a “relational” company so you have to go in to play stupid politics -don’t even have equipment for BD and proposals. War rooms have zero extra monitors. No working comms Finally, do not accept a position here “on the bench”. That means you have to find your own work or be fired. They don’t explain that part. You’re on your own to do this. Don’t do it.

      Hit or Miss - It will either be the best job you have ever had or the worst I have worked multiple different contracts for multiple managers and have gotten to see many sides of Booz Allen. Each government client team has its own culture and pay scales. If you have a good manager there are a lot of opportunities and pay can be fair. The good managers will be some of the best people you will ever meet.

      Cons

      If management is bad there is possible hostile work environments, no career mobility, no reward for hard work, and you will be payed 20,000 to 40,000 below market rate. Some Booz teams will offer market salary adjustments, others will not.
