Felt unstable most of the time. People can be highly competitive and political where they try throw each other under the bus. Leadership never has your back, they are only focused making the client happy. There is zero career progression in certain accounts.

I felt mis guided in what I was hired to do versus what the actual role entailed. At times it felt like salesman versus IT Consultant or Lead Associate. It feels like your a glorified contractor. Lots of meetings with customers trying to sell them on BAH products "which your the product". Lots of pressure keeping yourself billable, if your not billable your probably getting cut. However BAH does very little to help new Lead Associate assimilate to their role. The attitude is more sink or swim and if you don't swim your out. Usually in a typical organization you have several months to learn the ways of the organization, not at BAH.
