      Large network of employees Highly regarded in the DC area New changes which should make it easier to move within the firm

      Unclear expectations - for promotions, high ratings, etc. Some managers play favorites Can get "stuck" on a job

      Pros

      Benefits are great. There is a lot of autonomy to the work, a lot of independence. Leadership respects input from all team members. Lots of teaming and working with a diverse workforce. Lots of flexibility in work schedules.

      Cons

      Salaries are slightly lower than at other consultant companies. Because of the teaming concept, you work with people on a project that may be in locations all over the country. It is sometimes hard to coordinate work.

      Knowledge sharing and being able to apply your experience gained through the government sector directly within the consulting side. The firm values that expertise and experience.
