Pros

- Great work life balance program but it's up to you to work with your management to work out specifics. - Easy to move within the company, which helps with career growth - Management is interested in helping you to succeed - 10% 401k contribution from the company regardless if you elect to participate in the retirement program

Cons

- Salaries are not necessarily competitive with the market - Increasingly up or out mentality - Assessment process is political at times

Pros

Great benefits, policies and practices in place that are meant to protect employees and put them on a path for growth and success, and their reputation.

Cons

Lots of obstacles to getting things done a lot of which has to do with egos. You're hired to do a job but you have people questioning your work and recommendations from all angles - most of which don't know much (if anything) about your area of expertise making it very difficult to complete that tasks that you've been assigned. You'll have to deal with office politics if you want to get ahead. Reviews are supposed to have a sort of 'checks and balances" system in place but managers find ways to interview people for your assessment who they know might not give you a glowing review so they skew the assessment in a way which will back up what they want it to be. Makes it easier for them to get rid of people who actually exceed expectations but they have personal issues with.
