      Pros

      They support their new hires and don't rush them into tasks that they cannot handle. You learn a lot in your first year.

      Cons

      No formal training, more learn on the job. Only 4 days of orientation.

      Pros

      People are helpful, smart and nice (though lack the young party culture of other consulting firms) but overall a great place to be

      Cons

      Promotions are harder to obtain than they should be and salaries, particuarly at the lower level, are competitive, but not as high as comperable firms

      Pros

      Salary and benefits are good to better than average. Work hours are demanded by client work and aren't really controlled by the company.

      Cons

      If remote and/or client sited, company seems to be little more than the name on your paycheck. No avenues for professional development or even continuous education unless you use your PTO or are lucky enough to have access to company training. Company's focus on networking really develops a sense of "good ol' boy" networking, its not a matter of what you know or what you can do as much as who you know.
