      Booz Allen is a superb company on every level if you are professional, hard working, committed to continually improving your performance and skills, open to feedback and a team player. The benefit package is excellent. The working conditions are good. Technology is state-of-the-art. Dress is professional.

      Cons

      If you need to be the individual super star, this isn't the place for you. You are evaluated and rewarded based on contribution to the overall team effort, lone ranger behavior is not appreciated. Booz Allen is also a very values-based firm. Individual and corporate values of integrity, respect, diversity, client-focus.

      Pros

      Managers don't micro manager and people have a lot of freeway in their work. Work schedules are very flexible. Work with very smart people.

      Cons

      As with most government consulting jobs, the work can be very mundane and sometimes you may be ask to work on a project you don't want to.

      Great opportunities with the number of classes available within Booz Allen for professional development of its employees. The firm ensures its employees continue their professional development by recommending classes during each annual evaluation.

      Cons

      The firm overall has very few areas in which to complain. However, the most noteable one would have to be the evaluation process. It is a bureaucratic process.
