Pros

Opportunities to move up are available to anyone who applies themselves. The company is willing to relocate you if there is a position available at the location you want.

Cons

Training can take too long to reach everyone. I was a CSR for over two years before I got my first training workshop for this position.

Pros

Helpful coworkers. They are always willing to help out as they all know it takes months to learn the outdated systems.

Cons

Compensation rates do not meet market levels. Zero flexibility with work hours. Mundane and monotonous tasks. Unchallenging work. Bland office culture.

Pros

largest independent electrical distributor in the US. A considerable number of companies and products to sell from the simple to complex application.

Cons

Commission based Account Managers are typically responsible for ALL sales expenses. travel, meals, & customer entertainment. This can get quite expensive depending on your sales territory.
