      Pros

      Great branch level leadership with a strong culture of doing what's right for the customer and the other employee owners. Folks at the branches have lots of opportunities within their branches.

      Cons

      If you can't or won't live in Fargo, you can only grow so much with this company. The corporate office often overlooks talent when it has to look past it's home city.

      Pros

      The company is employee owned, great atmosphere in the branches , and plenty of opportunities for advancement throughout the country.

      Cons

      Training is not always a priority for new hires but a driven employee will not have a problem. Processes are in the works.

      Pros

      I enjoy everyday I come to work. The grounded and supportive environment is refreshing and a great one to grow and develop in. And as an employee owner I am given the power to make decisions.

      Cons

      Besides minor personality conflicts there are no cons to working here. As an employee owner I am given the power to make change.
