      The pay is good Smart, innovative people leading technology in the auto industry

      Cons

      upper management disconnected from subordinates, don't really know what is going on in the company. Also, many employees globally do not feel like BW cares about them as a person, which I find to be very true.

      Pros

      The Seneca plant has comparable pay for the area and adequate overall benefits. The location has a good local reputation and can be a good neighbor to the community.

      Cons

      The current condition of the Seneca location is at best sad. The site is simply lacking. Seneca is lacking enough parking spaces, enough bathrooms, enough break areas and so on. The crowded and cluttered nature of the shop floor is down right dangerous. The passive nature of the leadership is disconcerting. The condition and age of much of the manufacturing equipment and instruments is shameful.
