      Pros

      Competitive pay. Flexible schedule, very fair with work/life balance. Excellent opportunities to choose a department or interest and further that interest. Friendly work environment.

      Cons

      Command structure can be somewhat confusing. Unclear goals that change often. Outdated equipment and aging products make production and quality goals difficult to achieve. Poor front end planning means considerable "clean-up" work after the fact.
