      Tough during the downturn in the auto industry

      Pros

      Current products are well situated for growth in Auto industry. They have a good mix of products that enhances mileage performance allowing continued growth.

      Cons

      Need to invest more in training employees in areas beyond their immediate job duties to prepare for future. Also more movement between divisions would increase the knowledge within the employee base.

      decent pay, able to work on multiple projects, very knowledgeable people to work with or get help from if you have any questions multiple other co-ops working as well

      Cons

      Variable work load depending on a test status Co-ops aren't allowed to use the machine shop tools, so a technician must be sought out for any minor changes needed to a part.
