      Pros

      Was a really place to work. The people are great and building is very nice. Lots of free food.

      Cons

      For interns it is a common complaint that there is not much for you to do. But they still want you there 30ish hours a week.

      Pros

      Open environment. Focussed on employee development. Good bonus scheme. Very little outsourcing. Respect employees personal time. People may work extra hours to meet a deadline but it's not the "norm".

      Cons

      Salaries a little lower than some competitors (to best of my knowledge) but I feel it's a worthy trade for a good working environment and for challenging and interesting work.
