      Pros

      Good company culture, great benefits, and job security. There's freedom to try new things, and opportunities to grow professionally. This is a great place to work.

      Cons

      It's a big company, so sometimes things move slowly. The work load can be heavy at times, but supervisors are realistic and supportive.

      Pros

      They will give you infinite opportunities if you make it known you are a high performer and want to move to the top. Borg really harnesses assertiveness from sharp, young minds.

      Cons

      The manufacturing industry can be a bit boring at times. The people I work with are cool but it's not really a "really exciting place to work!" type of atmosphere.
