      I work with creative and talented co-workers.

      Cons

      There is a build-up of toxicity and burnout in this company, and it's all thanks to careless and ignorant management. Employees are unable to maximize their creativity because of the uneven and overwhelming amounts of workload they receive. This then creates a stressful and toxic work environment for everyone involved.

      Pros

      The inclusive culture encouraged creativity and a sense of teamwork, leading to higher productivity and job satisfaction. This was great especially for a people of color like me.

      Cons

      The leadership at this organization was ineffective and allowed a toxic culture to thrive, making the work environment intensely painful, terrible, annoying and frustrating for all employees. It is highly advised to steer clear of this company and find a more positive and healthy work environment
