      One of California's Oldest Law Firms - And It Shows!

      Pros

      Some very nice people that are willing to work together and function as a team.

      Cons

      Too many antiquated policies and procedures. Very cheap. No coffee, paper towels, napkins, or supplies. No Christmas bonuses or holiday parties. Timekeeping system is a joke.

      Good location within Sacramento area. Nearby places to eat.

      Cons

      No accountability for senior level staff lack of work productivity no matter how much you remind attorneys that certain things needed to be done. I watched one of my attorneys play slots during the work day and couldn't say anything because he would threaten my job. Unable to take time off when putting in advance notice for one day. Unable to get a raise for years after all hard work.
