Pros

Firm Managing Partner. Pay. Reasonable Billable Requirement.

Cons

Branch office managers lack familiarity with civil litigation needs. Senior branch support staff members are slow, difficult to work with, and lack drive.

Pros

Co-workers are nice people and it's a good environment. People are friendly.

Cons

Probably the stingiest job I've ever worked for. The pay is really low. Also some of the policies are ridiculous. You can't clock in 5 minutes before you start and if you do you have to write why you clocked in so early. If you're more than three minutes late you have to write why you were late and use your PTO for those three minutes. If you clock out at 5:01 you have to write out why you did and if you were given permission to work "over time". Also, you don't work the whole 40 hours. You work 37.5 hours to ensure you don't ever get overtime. The 401k isn't really good either. The medical benefits are okay.
