Toxic work culture and Toxic managers in some departments at BOSCH

> Company is best, but few people in higher positions are making it to rot. (specific to certain departments)
Cons
> Few departments at BOSCH which are outsourcing to top OEM's will make you work like donkeys even on weekends and extended hours in weekdays because of their improper planning and project dynamics. . They treat the employees as slaves and speak to you in disrespectful manner. . There is no such thing as respect towards employees (both men or women). . Planning and KPI for the project is poorest, . Don't expect leadership skill from the managers, instead you can get Master Slave communication going on. . Everything comes to your table in commanding tone, you can forget about your self-respect and mutual respect. . They will not help you to get certifications completed because the approval goes to them, they want you to finish project work rather than approving the certification.
