Work & life balance, benefits are pretty standard but overall good, great diversity in the workplace, above average pay, vacation purchase program for those that want more. Plenty of opportunities to lead yourself. Your team and department feels like a second family after some time. HR takes your feedback very seriously. I can honestly say this is the best job I've ever had overall.

Cons

Some people in a position of authority have a very dictator way of running the show. Meetings, meetings, meetings...
