Great teamwork and opportunities to work on a truly international team! Also, if you need help with a project, chances are you can find someone to help you. There is a lot of support for new employees. I feel valued here.

Cons

You need to take your own initiative to really become an effective employee. This is not the place if you want your boss to tell you what to do - it pays to volunteer.
