      * Great spirit within the local teams * Interesting challenges to solve and huge impact possible * Good work-life balance

      Cons

      * often unhealthy relationship across locations worldwide caused by upper management * most/all decisions are made in Germany * upper management and HR accepts/protects company-wide known toxic managers who bully/harass on daily basis * there is a lot of talk about Bosch values, but upper management doesn't live by it
