Good training, a lot of materials available Polite trainers and team leaders Nice colleagues Low workload depending on project Remote work (now it's hybrid) You learn to use CRM tools

Cons

Short shadowing after training, didn't feel prepared to take calls Low salary Going back to hybrid when the job can perfectly be done from home A lot of product knowledge is required Constant micromanaging and monitoring (typical) Terrible afternoon shift hours Knowledge checks every month You need to start your shift 15-20 minutes earlier in order to open all the necessary tools, otherwise you're in trouble
