Pros

There are pretty much no pros at this time in the Bosch Diagnostics or any other Location in Bosch NA

Cons

- The company is full of bad placement and cronies - People from the Germany office get promoted and are very bad leaders for reasons clear. They are inexperienced in the NA market and have barely any management experience, let alone product management experience - There is a lot of stepping on toes, especially from the German managers that were promoted - The company is buying other companies and running them into the ground - No one realizes that the diagnostics industry is a software engineering discipline and software engineering is an unknown in this organization - There is no vision/mission and barely any values - The culture sucks and there are absolutely no career opportunities. I have worked here for 12 years and after all the hard work, I am not even considered worth anything Keep away. I would not recommend this company to my enemies!

Pros

You get to tell yourself your customers need you more than you need them and surround yourself with like-minded people. Good products, great and knowledgeable hard working dedicated associates

Cons

Belief your customers need you more than you need them Dedication is a liability not see as an asset by management. Management believes all tenured employees are incompetent and new ideas from outside are needed - they aren't working

Pros

Global presence, owned by a charitable foundation, vast resources and technical expertise.

Cons

Bloated, top-heavy bureaucracy. Overwhelmingly complex and byzantine policies and procedures. Slow to innovated and bring new products to market. Risk averse to the point of paralysis. Most time spent implementing new initiatives, reorganizing, producing PowerPoint presentations, and sitting in a never ending series of internal meetings. Company is inwardly focused and fixated on serving top management. The CEO is treated like a God.
