Cons

The organization expects everyone to be contributing at a high level all of the time, and this often necessitates the sacrifice of personal time and creates stress that may be difficult to manage.

Stable, consistent methods of performance, strong benefits and an opportunity to work in a global giant

Cons

Communication skills are poor amongst employees and particularly in leadership. Passive/Aggressive behavior dominates most situations. Leadership response to tough situations is to scapegoat others and shun responsibility. Consistently falsely advertise many claims to employment offers/opportunities and use the large bureaucracy to hide/not respond to issues

a good place to kickstart your career. You can gain a lot of skills here and the seasoned professionals can really help you to grow and develop.

Cons

After a while, you are just a number and the culture becomes toxic. I have had many leaders that remained leaders despite breaking the code of ethics.
