Benefits but working here is not worth this Headache

Cons

Management! and even there manager is all in it together. You have one manager who has her favorites and once you on her bad side she will make life hell for you. The other manager has a mirror on his desk so he can see who is behind him. Who does that. I have never ever worked for a company who would allow that specially when you have people walking through the building for tours.

Good benefits, that is the only benefit.

Cons

Micromanaging is the worst I have seen. You must put your mood on the board every morning like children, you are requested to only put good moods just as you are request to only put down a max of 6 hours estimated for the day even if you know you are working more. Just for SHOW.... Management is incompetent and the turn around of engineers is like that of a restaurant. IT IS HARD TO FIND SOMEONE THERE WITH OVER 2 YEARS IN THE COMPANY. Because they all leave! You will spend half the time watching your back as management will try to pin and issues on the engineers.

Work Life Balance is good, and job is quite easy

Bad environment, lay-off is frequent. People are not interested in real work but more interested in politics and taking credits from others.
