401k - Bosch gives the best I’ve seen. Industry standard insurance. Work from home / hybrid flexibility

Cons

No mentorship for new hires or people who came into a new role. Company is severely understaffed. Colleagues will go behind your back and complain constantly NO paternal leave, behind the competition. BEG is NOT Bosch, it’s a small company that gets bossed around by Bosch. No support from US Bosch and Germany. High turnover rate - red flag! No career advancement conversations, if asked they said it’s employee driven, extremely discouraging structure. Upper management support is lacking Your are only a good employee if you have projects with low complexities and number of problems. Constant feeling of doom.
