      Cons

      People are very rude. No relocation. Pay is below current standards. Office location is very bad. Interns are not allowed to come to office when there are no full timers, who are usually not present after 5.

      Be leary of a company that is staffed with herds of HR managers that provide no resources to the average emloyee

      Make sure if you become ill, injured or experience other medical situations requiring you to use the "internal process" for resolution you do your homework. The company HR staff are gatekeepers of this information and go out of their way to be vague and secretive. Expect in these situations to be closely monitored by management. You most certainly will be scrutinized with regard to performance. Management uses this tactic as a preemptive strike to better position themselves if they move to terminate your employment. The management culture is to cull the herd of the sick, injured and those with onset disabilities. The motto from management is that they can only use "able bodied" employees. Do not rely on Human Resources to provide accurate or complete details concerning the proper steps to take. You will only be directed to an online portal with vague and unreliable information.

      No Pros as such for career !!! other than you get to work in Palo Alto

      Cons

      No opportunities to convert to Full time even though you have full ability and need of head count unless your are from some part of Germany! !!!
