It's global company and privately held, so not too much emphasis on meeting Wall Street expectations.

Cons

Unless you are of German descend, you have so little chance to be promoted. I have seen incompetent associate put on the fast track just because of their heritage...

Great Job Security Good Benefits (401(k) matching, healthcare, savings incentive plan etc.) Many positions and functional areas to move to Great Resume builder Work from home day each week Average Salary

Cons

Long work hours (poor work life balance) Management is not super flexible Stressful work place. Customer is king and is blatantly rude / outlandish to employees with no intervention from management
