You will have the opportunity to work on advanced and complex systems. From low level hardware to cloud computing, Bosch is a leader in the automotive industry as a Tier 1 supplier to OEMs. Extensive tooling is designed for nearly every task, and if it is missing, you are encourage to create a new tools.

Cons

Project execution is a challenge for all companies. Scope creep may set in with pressure from OEMs resulting in a high work load.

Pros

Great work environment. They support a flexible work environment where employees can easily connect and become a team. Location doesn't matter to Bosch. I work remotely and still fell very connected.

Cons

Large companies like Bosch do have some bureaucratic policies. I have experienced a few policies in IT and overall security that can be a little frustrating. All of these were resolved efficiently and were not a long term problem.
