      Pros

      I cant think of anything to say that is positive beyond the pay but for the lack of leadership directly is not worth the money.

      Cons

      I never had an assigned desk area after 5 months; I never received any training outside of sitting with team members to understand the business process. I was left to sink or swim. I have never experienced this type of onboarding ever, and there wasn't any. Sitting with a person daily transitioning from one task to another while trying to take notes is not onboard training.

      Career stagnation - will go years without promotion and it's very difficult to get to the senior level
