Flexible Schedule, nice co-workers.

Cons

Pay is not on par with other companies. Limited career growth opportunities unless you are in marketing. There's no reward for those who work hard since everybody is rewarded equally in the end, causing less motivation and dissatisfaction. Company morale is really low.

Many great products, financially stable.

Cons

This is a very male dominated company, at least at Broadview location. Think twice before you join the company if you are a female.

Pros

Bosch makes world-class products, in a variety of industries. As a global company, they play in many markets across the globe.

Cons

Bosch is its own worst enemy. They have great products, but they don't know how to join their power to their advantage. The company does not appreciate creativity, and only looks for "how Europe does things".
