Pros

Great pay and benefits. Hours aren't bad. As long as you are willing to learn and do your job shouldn't have many problems.

Cons

Hard working employees can get blamed for not making sure their lazy coworkers do their job. Supervisors are more interested in making production than fixing machines that are having issues, waiting until the machine hard breaks.

It is a company where work and life can be balanced and Is a very famous company in the world

Cons

The human resources department to recruit staff, must be fair and transparent, with the ability to recruit staff, replaced by nepotism. No one wants your colleagues is the boss's sister or relatives, if the human resources department also allow this phenomenon without any treatment in Taipei office
