      Pros

      Work Life Balance is good, and job is quite easy

      Cons

      Bad environment, lay-off is frequent. People are not interested in real work but more interested in politics and taking credits from others.

      Decent Place to Work, needs to be more agile

      Ability to move into different roles within the company and move up after a couple years.

      Can often be lost in bureaucracy and approvals within the company
