Cons

Long work hours (poor work life balance) Management is not super flexible Stressful work place. Customer is king and is blatantly rude / outlandish to employees with no intervention from management

Bosch is a very social company with many benefits. They do a really great job in hiring talent and people with team spirit.

Cons

Huge company with many slow processes. It's often hard to keep up the innovation in such a complex company with headquarter in Germany.

Great place to learn about the manufacturing, engineering, logistics, international business industry. Very helpful in developing my skills. The reason I changed my major to supply chain management and logistics

Cons

Very corporate. Can take a while to make some changes. Lots of different departments that must communicate with each other. Sometimes certain points or ideas can get lost in translation.
